Donor Dash 5k Run / Walk at Wash Park

The Donor Dash is a 5K run/walk to honor the lives of organ and tissue donors, celebrate the lives of
transplant recipients, and recognize those who continue to wait for a lifesaving transplant.
EVENT DATE: SUNDAY, JULY 20, 2025, 7:00 AM TO 5 PM
Setup is Friday and Saturday, July 18 & 19
WASH PARK AND PARKING AT SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL
RACE DAY SCHEDULE
- 7:00am Packet pick up/day of registration opens
- 8:00am Race starts
- 9:30am On stage program begins
- 10:00am Event ends
Road Closures and Parking Restrictions
S Franklin St from E Exposition Ave to E Arizona Ave. E Arizona Ave from S Franklin St to S Gilpin St. S
Gilpin St from E Arizona Ave to E Louisiana Ave. E Louisiana Ave from S Gilpin St to S Downing St. S
Downing St from E Louisiana Ave to E Virginia Ave. E Virginia Ave from S Downing St to S Marion St
Pkwy. Attendees are being encouraged to take public transportation or ride shares to the event to
help alleviate traffic and parking congestion. Parking is also available at South High School.
Road Closures During the Donor Dash
Be advised roads surrounding Washington Park will be closed and inaccessible to vehicles starting at 7:30 am on race day.
